Young Adults Full-Time

Young Adult Pastor

Crossroads Church is looking for a passionate and relational Young Adult Pastor to lead and grow a thriving ministry for college students and young adults (ages 18–25). This leader will create engaging environments that help young adults encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and take meaningful next steps in their faith through weekly gatherings, small groups, outreach, and discipleship. The ideal candidate has a heart for reaching the next generation, developing leaders, and inspiring young adults to live out our mission: Follow the ONE. Reach the ONE. Gather as ONE. Serve the ONE.
